Hillaryland Under an African Sun

Hillary Clinton’s recent trip to Africa is a huge signal to the continent that it is a priority for US foreign policy. ++ The US Secretary of State has redefined Washington’s diplomacy given the verve with which she has approached the job. ++ Trips to East Asia and India have established Clinton’s vision of a shift “from a multipolar to a multi-partner world.” ++ “Working together with key emerging powers like China, India, Russia and Brazil and regional powers like Turkey and South Africa” US foreign policy has never looked so promising.
