Months after President Obama’s speech in Cairo, it is still upon Muslim states to react. ++ Being the first US President credible enough to be accepted by the Palestinians, Obama called on Muslim countries to finally implement true democracy. ++ They must: 1. Convene an Arabic special summit offering Israel full diplomatic acceptance in exchange for the end of settlements; 2. Support Iraq through diplomacy and security policy; 3. Create a special education-fund; 4. Isolate extremists and reintegrate former militants into society.
